- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- All international customers are responsible for the customs duties and taxes within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
- All returned items must be in their original jewelry box. If items are returned without the original boxes, we will deduct $5.99 from the return amount.
- Please note that items must be returned to us in their original condition. Items will not be refunded if we receive them damaged due to poor packaging on your part.
- It is strongly recommended that returns are sent back with insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot refund a returned item if it is lost in the mail.
